I take all of my pictures outside in natural lighting. I give a satisfaction guaranty on all items, I also guaranty all pre 1898 items as to their authenticity. All items have the usual 3-day inspection with full refund minus all shipping charges when returned in the same condition as shipped. Disassembly of firearms without consent of seller will negate return policy. Verbal notification by phone or email is required before returning any item. All items are sold as Antiques or Curios, with no guarantees, warranties, or liabilities for any actual usage. If any firearms are to be used for shooting purposes, a qualified gunsmith should inspect them first. Some firearms may require shipment to a Curio and Relic or FFL license holder depending on the laws in your state and the method of shipment.

California residence- Animal bones of any kind are illeagal to sell in CA. Any items with animal bone handles or grips-you are buying the item minus the grips. They will be shipped seperately at no charge for the grips.

I accept cashiers checks and money orders, wire transfers or personal checks; personal checks will require bank clearance, usually 5-7 business days. I do NOT accept ANY credit cards or PayPal. Make checks out to Stan Middleton. Please include your return address.

Individual items of $200 or less are not usually refundable, ask first. On some items I will do up to 60 day layaways. No refunds on layaways over 45 days. I ship US Registered Mail in the lower 48 States on handguns and long guns over $800 in value.  CA residents pay sales tax.
